30 Days of Praying for Your Husband; Day 3 Pray for His Faith

Day 1:  Pray for His Walk

Day 2:  Pray for his Priorities

Day 3: Pray for your husband’s faith

If your husband does not believe in God, pray for his faith today!  If your husband is a believer, pray for him to stand firm in his faith, always putting God first.  Pray that he would grow in his faith, would be obedient to God’s word, and he would follow God’s plan and will for his life.    Pray for your husband’s wisdom and knowledge of God to grow.  Pray that he would trust in God alone, and would not be deceived or misled.  Pray for the Lord to do a work in his heart, and for him to trust in the Lord only.  Pray for a filling of the Holy Spirit, and that he would understand how great God’s love is.  Pray that he would guard his heart, and would allow the Lord to lead his decisions.  Pray against any doubts that may arise, and that he would choose to step out in faith rather than lean on his own understanding.  Pray that the Lord would put a longing in his heart for more, and that he would recognize that still, small voice.  Pray he would be humble before the Lord, being quick to repent.  Pray for the Lord to walk beside him daily, and guide his every step. Pray that he would seek more of God’s word to have a better understanding of faith.
