Baking tip-I hate crunchy brownies, here’s how to keep them soft



I hate the edges of brownies, although the crunchy edge is my husbands favorite part.  I called my mom (who owns a bakery and is a supremo baker) and she said to just put foil around the edges of the pan.  Why didn’t I think of that? DUH! So I did it today, and my brownies were super moist and soft around the entire outside of the pan.  By the way, you can still score Pillbury brownie mixes for only $0.89 at Wegmans, make sure you stock up!!!
