Homemade Honey Oat Bread

I am a bread maker, and my husband loves breads.  I try a new kind every week.  This recipe is awesome, my husband loves it, my kids love it and I love it only because it’s so easy to make.

HONEY OAT BREAD-Makes 2 Loaves
2 3/4 CUPS LUKEWARM WATER
4 TBSP YEAST
8 TBSP SUGAR
4 TBSP OIL
6 CUPS FLOUR (EITHER USE 4 CUPS ALL PURPOSE AND 2 CUPS WHOLE WHEAT, OR JUST USE 6 CUPS ALL PURPOSE)
2 TSP SALT
2 CUPS ROLLED OATS
2 TBSP HONEY

Mix water, yeast, sugar, and oil then let sit 5 minutes till yeast gets a little bubbly.  Add flour, salt and oats and honey.  Knead together or put in mixer with bread hook till ball forms. Let rise about an hour and a half, punch down. Let rise again until doubled.  Grease or spray two bread pans.  Form into a long ball and place in pans.  Let rise till at top of pans.  Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until browned.  Tap the top, if it sounds hollow and bounces back a little then its done.  Let cool before slicing.
