Ok, so I know that I haven’t been posting my meal plan every day. Sorry! A friend and I started the 17 day diet on Tuesday and we are both down 4 pounds. Like I said in my post on Tuesday, I love the 17 day diet because you get fast results! Here is what my plan is for today.
Dinner-Skinny Caesar chicken(recipe below)
Snack-baked apple with cinnamon and truvia
Skinny Caesar chicken
2 chicken breasts (bone in or out it doesn’t matter)
low fat cheddar cheese
Fat free creamy Caesar dressing
Put 2 chicken breasts in slow cooker with 1″ of water. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or until chicken is cooked. Let cool, pull apart chicken, add cheese and Caesar dressing (as much as you would like). Put back into the slow cooker until the cheese melts.
This chicken is so good, you can eat it plain or put it on top of your salad. Either way its delish!
